Review and Consultation
Everyone gets one, and it helps both of us wrap our heads around your project.
Keyword Research
I run reports off the same SEO Tools that are available on Jex Solutions. Refining all that data and making it make sense to you is an hour of my time all up.
At the end of which I give you a report that provides a mountain of data, a shortlist of top-performing keywords and my recommendations on about 3-5.
Onsite Optimisation
Depending on how well built your site is (which we’ll find out in the Review part) this can involve reworking your entire code structure or it may just involve putting a unique title tag on each page. From the complex to the simple, this is another spot where having a good website really pays off.
The better it was built, the less time it takes me to make it Google-worthy.
The content optimisation is a matter of making sure that your content is relevant to the keywords that we’re targeting. Example: if you sell blue suede shoes, yet don’t actually use the phrase "blue suede shoes" on your site, well then we have to include it, and we have to include it in some areas of prominence.
This can be simple, for a simple site, or it can be complex, for a many-paged site. In the example quote above, this client already has some good and relevant content on their site, so all I need to do is go through and tweak it. Easy.
Paid Advertising
Simply put: Google AdWords. I’m a certified Googlerific AdWords Pro, so I can manage every facet of your account except for your credit card number (so no online shopping sprees for me).
3 hours worth of time gets you 3-5 Ad Groups, with 3-5 ads written and up to 200 keywords targeted and bid optimised. I’ll set up proper and relevant regional targets and comb through the Google Content Network to find you sites that will display your ad and drive relevant traffic.
You’ll also get a PDF Custom Report dropped into your inbox every week, where you can see the metrics and data that make the most sense, namely "What am I spending and what is it making me?"
After all the setup I’ll manage the account on a monthly basis, usually for about an hour a month (depending on the account complexity).
Link Building
The best free (usually) and easy places to get a link to your site are all on an exhaustive list that includes slick biz directories like HotFrog, TrueLocal, Google Business Maps (Google "Places" now apparently) and more. Most are free and, if they aren’t, I’ve either absorbed those costs or they’ve been waived because I’m mates with the directory’s admin. It’s good to have mates.
Monitoring & Tracking
If you don’t have Google Analytics, I set it up for you, including all of your custom reports and filters (that make yoru ROI easier to see). I also wire your site into Jex Solution’s SEO Tools & Services, providing you with RankChecker, SEO Success and other tools and services that will email you weekly to tell you what our Web Marketing efforts are amounting to.
