Granting View Access
There are two versions of the Google Analytics website out there, so this one will cover both the new “Beta” and the old version.
New “Beta” version of Google Analytics
- Click on the sprocket graphic on the far right:

- Click on “Users” in the middle there:

- Click on “New User” and get this screen:

- Enter google@jexanalytics.com into the “Email Address” spot, then hit “Create User”.
“Old” (reliable) version of Google Analytics
There are two ways to do it here too. The first one puts a user on just that profile (if you have multiple websites under your Google Analytics). The second way makes a user across ALL profiles.
First Way (Recommended)
- First, you can go to the main analytics screen, before you see any reports. Over on the right will be a link to “edit” or “delete”. [HINT: Don't delete it]

(If you don’t see this link, it means that you are NOT an administrator, and you’ll need to either become one or ask your admin to do all this for you) - Then, scroll to the bottom and you should see a list of users on this account. Upper right part of that box is “Add User”. Click it.

- Fill out the form with google@jexanaltyics.com in for “Email Address”, then hit “Save Changes”.

Second Way (You crazy thing!)
- First, go to the main analytics screen and look at the bottom in the middle. You should see “User Manager”. Click it.

- Look on the upper right part of the box, click “Add User”.

- Enter google@jexanalytics.com in for “Email Address”, make sure “Access Type” is “View reports only”, go to the profile (your website’s name) in the “Available Website Profiles” box and click on it, then click on the “Add” button in the middle.

- Hit “Save Changes” and you’re done!
