Business Owner’s guide to SEO - Search Engine Optimization
Frighteningly enough, this isn’t even the first time I’ve seen this article and thought, "Wonder where they stole this from, ’cause this bugger sure didn’t write it!"

Most of these are examples of the “oversupply of web content” - the result of website owners producing or copying content for the sole purpose of make their sites findable in search engines.
The irony of course is that “content consumers” (people looking for useful web content) would have a better experience if “content producers” produced less of it. The more content that exists, the harder it is to find the useful stuff you want.
The web would be a better place if website owners had an incentive to produce less content, not more. Instead we have this treadmill of competitive publishing.
